CONDITIONS

  1. U.S.T.A. rules to govern with exceptions.

  2. Overnight Entrance Fee $25.  Stake Races Fee $75

  3. Declaration must be made by 11:00 A.M. (DST) THREE DAYS preceding the race.  (Any horse programmed must pay entrance fee).

  4. The following information must be given at time of nomination:  Horse name, sex, color, age, sire, dam, OWNER’S NAME, CORRECT ADDRESS, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, and CORRECT PHONE NUMBER TO PERSON NOMINATING THE HORSE (NO CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED without this information), driver’s name, license number, and colors.  Also a current summary of the horse’s performance, number of 2007 starts.

  5. Proof of Negative Coggins Test Required.

  6. First place money will be paid after races.  Purse breakdown paid to winners 45-25-15-10-5 percent. 

  7. BLOOD OR URINE TESTS WILL BE TAKEN FROM ALL WINNING HORSES, PLUS AT RANDOM.

  8. No horses permitted to start who are on the steward’s list as dangerous or unmanageable.  All declarations taken at Speed Office.

  9. The Society reserves the right to reject any entry, to change program, and to declare off any race.

  10. THE MEDINA COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, LOSS OR INJURY ON THE TRACK AND FAIRGROUNDS, WHATSOEVER.

  11. Overnights may be raced one heat at Society’s discretion.  Track will score 7 wide with one trailer for 2007.

  12. HTCS PASSES HONORED AT GATE ONLY ON RACE DAYS ONLY AND OVERNIGHT CLASSES WILL BE ADMITTED ONE DRIVER PLUS GROOM WITH TRUCK AND TRAILER WITH HORSE.  FREE GRANDSTAND
